Through simple centrifugation and resuspension steps, the virus titer can be effectively increased. The virus recovery rate can reach up to about 90%, and the virus concentration can be increased by 10-100 times after concentration. This product can be used to concentrate laboratory-packaged viral particles such as lentivirus, retrovirus, adeno-associated virus (AAV), adenovirus, and baculovirus.
