Compared with the widely used real time qPCR technology, it requires four to six template specific primers and DNA Polymerase with strand replacement activity, and amplification is completed within 1 h under isothermal conditions; amplification products are visible to the naked eye, or the presence of amplification products can be determined by adding the appropriate detection dye, without the need for expensive fluorescent qPCR instruments or electrophoresis The LAMP assay has the advantages of good specificity, high sensitivity and wide detection range, which is comparable to the real time qPCR assay, and is widely welcomed by researchers because of its good specificity, low price of reaction equipment and detection equipment, which is the trend of future development of detection technology.
