They are rare, atypical, heterogeneous, and diverse, and are used in early clinical diagnosis, prognosis evaluation, and efficacy monitoring. The clinical application of CTC is mainly concentrated in prognosis judgment, clinical tumor staging, disease monitoring, and efficacy evaluation.
