Nocturia is a relatively common urological problem and involves waking up more than twice during the night to void the bladder. Nocturia tends to be caused by other underlying diseases and processes, such as polyuria, Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) or bladder storage disorders. This report provides the current prevalent population for Nocturia across 8 Major Markets (USA, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, Brazil and Japan) split by gender and 5-year age cohort.
