Among them, bacterial proteins are accumulated by the large-scale reproduction of microorganisms during the fermentation process, and their content is relatively high. The culture medium components include the residual parts of some inorganic salts, carbon sources (such as sugars) and nitrogen sources (such as amino acids).
Nucleotide residue is usually a solid powder or granular substance. The color may vary depending on the production process and raw materials, generally ranging from light yellow to dark brown. It has a certain degree of hygroscopicity. If the ambient humidity is high during storage, it may absorb moisture and form lumps.
