The laser then scans and sinters the new layer and firmly bonds it with the lower layer. This cycle continues layer by layer until the entire solid part is completed, and the manufacturing is completed. After that, the part needs to be taken out of the powder cylinder, the unsintered powder wrapped around it is removed and recycled, and post-treatment such as sandblasting is usually performed to obtain better surface quality.
