Induction heat treating service is a surface heat treatment process service that uses induced current to locally heat the workpiece. This process mainly involves placing the workpiece into an inductor. When an alternating current of a certain frequency is passed through the inductor, an alternating magnetic field is generated around it. This magnetic field generates a closed induced current in the workpiece through electromagnetic induction, thereby generating a high-density current on the surface of the workpiece, converting electrical energy into thermal energy, and achieving surface heating. The higher the frequency of induction heating, the greater the current density difference between the surface layer and the interior of the workpiece, and the thinner the heating layer. Induction heat treating technology continues to improve with the development of industry, and its application scope continues to expand.
