The TDLAS laser methane sensor is a methane gas sensor based on tunable semiconductor absorption spectroscopy technology. The TDLAS laser methane sensor uses a monochromatic laser beam emitted by a laser diode to pass through methane molecules in the gas and measure its absorption characteristics within a specific wavelength range. Methane molecules have specific absorption spectral lines, which will be absorbed when the laser passes through the gas. By detecting the intensity change of the absorbed light, the sensor can determine the concentration of methane. The TDLAS laser methane sensor has the characteristics of high precision, high selectivity, fast response, long-term stability, and remote intelligent monitoring. It has a wide range of applications in chemical industry, energy and other fields.Methane is an important energy resource and is widely found in coal mines, natural gas, and oil. TDLAS laser methane sensors are used in these fields for methane leak monitoring, process control, safety management, etc., to improve the efficiency of the energy production process and ensure safety.
