The overall service is a self-service model, and end users can replace batteries offline through user-end applications such as mobile APPs. The battery swapping service model eliminates the need for end users to purchase batteries. Batteries used for battery swapping are replaced and maintained by the operator.

When using it for the first time, users need to register an account, authenticate their identity, purchase a package, and scan the code to take out the battery from the battery swap cabinet for use. When using it again later, the user can find a nearby power swap cabinet through the mobile phone APP, scan the code and put the used battery back into the power swap cabinet, and then take out the fully charged battery from the power swap cabinet, and it can be used normally. A single battery swap usually takes less than one minute. Some operators have infrastructure research and development capabilities to open up the entire industry chain from lithium battery manufacturing, system integration, and operation services.
