A non-magnetic liquid helium Dewar is a low-temperature vacuum insulated container made of low magnetic susceptibility or completely non-magnetic materials, specifically designed for safe storage, transportation, and supply of liquid helium in strong magnetic fields or ultra-low magnetic noise environments. Its structure is designed with inner and outer vacuum layers, multi-layer insulation system, and non-magnetic valve pipelines, ensuring extremely low heat leakage and low evaporation rate while avoiding interference with the surrounding magnetic field or being affected by attractive forces in strong magnetic fields. Non magnetic liquid helium Dewar is mainly used for helium replenishment and maintenance of magnetic resonance imaging equipment, SQUID magnetocardiography and magnetoencephalography systems, low-temperature physics and quantum measurement experiments, and other scenarios. It is an indispensable basic low-temperature equipment for the operation of superconducting and high-sensitivity magnetic measurement systems. The downstream mainly includes MRI equipment operation and maintenance system, SQUID magnetocardiography and magnetoencephalography system manufacturers, low-temperature physics and quantum research laboratories, superconducting engineering projects, and some industrial gas companies as helium replenishment and operation and maintenance service providers.

The material cost accounts for the highest proportion, usually between 50% and 65%, with non-magnetic metal materials, valve and pipeline components, and multi-layer insulation materials being the main sources of cost. The manufacturing and assembly costs account for about 20% -30%, including high-precision welding, vacuum system assembly, baking and sealing processes, which require extremely high process stability and proficiency. The cost of testing and quality control is about 5% -10%, involving helium mass spectrometry leak detection, vacuum retention testing, evaporation rate testing, and magnetic compatibility verification. The cost of certification, compliance, and process validation is approximately 3% -8%, mainly related to pressure vessel specifications, medical or scientific application requirements. Packaging, transportation, on-site delivery, and after-sales support typically account for 5% -15%.
