The liquid helium Dewar tank consists of two circular stainless steel tanks separated by vacuum, and the outer tank body is wrapped with a layer of insulation material around it. The downstream mainly includes the operation guarantee and supply chain of MRI and NMR related systems, SQUID and bio magnetic systems such as cardiac magnetic brain magnetic, low-temperature physics and materials laboratory, semiconductor low-temperature testing platform, superconducting engineering demonstration and quantum research platform, as well as industrial gas companies and low-temperature engineering service providers as channels and maintenance parties.

The cost structure of liquid helium Dewar typically consists of materials, manufacturing, testing and certification, and delivery. The material end accounts for the highest proportion, commonly ranging from 45% to 60%, with stainless steel and aluminum, valve and pipeline components, and multi-layer insulation materials being the majority. Manufacturing, processing, and assembly account for approximately 20% to 30%, including key processes such as forming, welding, vacuum system assembly, baking, evacuation, and sealing. The proportion of detection and quality control is about 5% to 10%, including helium mass spectrometry leak detection, vacuum retention testing, evaporation rate testing, and pressure testing.
