The Sultan Center of Food is a company of the Kuwait that deals in diverse nature of the goods and services. The major business of the company is the retail business and it is the leading retail in the Kuwait. It deals in various forms of product and services like the provision of the events at home, groceries, client’s products, telecom, security services, investment services and the catering. The first branch of The Sultan Center is in the Muscat in the 1999 and then it move to the Jordan in the 2003. The Sultan Center adopted the annual and the intermediate analysis of the financial statements and prepares the financial reports for the stakeholders of the companies twice a year. The basic structure of the company’s audit report is following the audit report structure described by the International Financial Reporting Standards as the company adopted IFRS with the full disclosure of the financial information in the financial reports (Sultan-Center, 2016). We studied the annual reports of the company from the last five year to access the structure of the audit report of The Sultan Center as how the company present the audit report to the shareholder and how the audit report is structured.
