Research proposal, Applying Tax in Kuwait
The application of tax is considered one of most essential and important aspect of development and growth of economies. Necessary charge by government institution for which a person cannot receive anything is known as tax. The tax payers do not gain anything in return of paying taxes. The tax is paid for several causes such as distribution of governmental commodities, reinvestment of revenue, growth of economy, sustainability of society and proper legal system. Tax is considered an important element in Kuwait economy (State of Kuwait, 2012). All nations of GCC have great costs of oils and these nations enjoy low level of tax rates. However, from few past years the rate of taxes is increasing due to several reasons. Tax has direct impact on development and growth of economy (Shiber, 1964). Various researchers have conducted research on application of tax with respect to various countries. However, there is no research conducted with regard to Kuwait.
