Leadership refers to the actions that provide guidance and direction to the followers under the specific leader. Leadership is the main successful ingredient of the today’s modern world in that the versatile working groups are challenging for the organizations along with the uncertainties in the business environment. Leadership is important as it provide the specific guideline and direction to the followers that keep the track of the company in the desired direction and assist directly in the achievement of the goals of the company with the help of the workers through perfect leadership (McKinsey, 2015). In the final report we will elaborate the different traits, styles and characteristics of the leaders. The report will mainly divide into 5 main parts. The first part will include the discussion of the various leadership styles with reference to the specific theories and models of the leadership. The second part of the report will include the successful story of a specific leader where he successfully lead the followers and get the desired goal and the third part of the report will include the story of failure of a specific leader who failed to lead the followers in the required manners and as a result have to face the failure. The fourth part of the report will include the discussion session and the final part will include the conclusion and the recommendation for the improvement of the leadership. Cont...
