Wet slurry demagnetizer is a device used to remove magnetic impurities in materials. It achieves the purpose of demagnetization by using magnetic force in the liquid medium to separate the magnetic impurities in the material. Wet slurry demagnetizers usually consist of a feeding system, a magnetic field system and a discharging system. The material is introduced into the machine through the feeding system and mixed with the liquid medium to form a slurry. The magnetic field system generates a strong magnetic field that attracts magnetic impurities in the material to the magnet. As the slurry flows, magnetic impurities will be brought near the magnet and separated under the action of magnetic force. Finally, the material with magnetic impurities removed is discharged through the discharging system. Wet slurry demagnetizers are widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical and other industries to remove magnetic impurities in materials and improve product quality and purity. Compared with dry powder demagnetizers, wet slurry demagnetizers are suitable for processing materials containing more moisture, and have the advantages of good demagnetization effect, large processing capacity, and strong adaptability. However, due to the need to use liquid media, wet slurry demagnetizers can be relatively complex to operate and maintain.
