Rolling contact fatigue testing machines usually consist of a spindle, drive system, load system, control system, data acquisition system, etc. During the test, the sample is installed on the spindle and rotates and reciprocates through the drive system. The load system applies reciprocating rolling stress to the sample, and the control system controls the test parameters and collects test data.
