Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generator is an automated device that uses carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent and uses the principle of pressure adsorption and pressure reduction desorption to adsorb oxygen from the air, thereby separating nitrogen. The separation effect of carbon molecules on 02 and N2 is based on the slight difference in the kinetic diameters and diffusion rates of the two gas molecules. As the adsorption pressure increases, the adsorption amount of 02 and N2 can increase at the same time, but the adsorption amount of 02 is much greater than that of N2. Pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generation utilizes the adsorption characteristics of carbon molecular sieves and adopts a cycle of pressure adsorption and pressure reduction desorption to allow compressed air to alternately enter two adsorption towers (it can also be completed with a single adsorption tower) to achieve air separation, thereby continuously producing high-purity product nitrogen.
