A mechanical oscillation sieving instrument is an instrument that sieves powders, loose materials or suspended materials through mechanical vibration. It uses a specific vibration method to make the sample particles move relative to each other on the sieve, thereby achieving particle grading and screening. The working principle of a mechanical oscillation sieving instrument is mainly based on mechanical vibration. It is usually equipped with a motor or electromagnetic device to generate vibration by driving an eccentric block or a vibrating disk. This vibration can be horizontal, vertical, or a combination of the two in a three-dimensional vibration. The physical action generated by the vibration causes the particles to move in different directions along the sieve and gradually fall into the corresponding sieve holes, thereby achieving the purpose of screening.
