Inorganic process core shooter is a kind of equipment used to manufacture core parts in castings. Cores are parts used in the casting process to form internal cavities or complex shapes, usually made of sand cores. Inorganic process The core shooter adopts inorganic process, which is a process for preparing core sand from inorganic materials. Compared with traditional organic core sand, inorganic core sand has higher high temperature resistance and stability, and is suitable for high temperature casting. The process flow of the inorganic process core shooter is as follows: 1. Sand mixing: mix the inorganic core sand with the curing agent to form a curing agent and coat the surface of the sand grains. 2. Core shooting: Put the mixed core sand into the inorganic process core shooting machine, and inject the core sand into the mold through the action of pressure and air flow to form the required core shape.3. Curing: After the core shooting is completed, the inorganic core sand is cured by heating or other methods. 4. Demolding: The cured core can be removed from the mold for the casting process. Inorganic technology core shooter has the following advantages: 1. High temperature resistance performance: inorganic core sand has high temperature resistance performance, can maintain stability in high temperature environment, and is suitable for high temperature casting. 2. High precision: Inorganic technology core shooter can produce cores with precise dimensions and complex shapes, meeting the requirements of high-precision casting. 3. Environmental protection: Inorganic core sand does not contain organic matter, which reduces environmental pollution.
