Traditional solid-phase extraction methods usually require manual operations, which are time-consuming and prone to operational errors. The automatic solid phase extraction system realizes the automatic processing and analysis of samples through the automatic operation process and control system, and improves the efficiency and accuracy of the analysis. The automatic solid phase extraction system usually consists of the following main parts: 1. Sampling and sample injection module: responsible for sample collection and injection, and can choose different injection methods according to needs, such as liquid phase sampling, gas phase sampling wait. 2. Solid phase extraction column module: including solid phase extraction column and corresponding mobile phase supply system, used for enrichment and purification of samples. Solid phase extraction columns are usually filled with solid phase materials with specific affinity, such as adsorption resins, solid phase extraction membranes, etc. 3. Elution and analysis module: used to elute the target analyte from the solid phase material, and send the eluate to the subsequent analysis instrument for quantitative analysis. The elution and analysis module usually includes an elution solution supply system, a sampling system, and an analytical instrument interface. 4.
