A flatbed heat transfer printing is a machine designed to imprint designs or graphics on a substrate such as a T-shirt, applying heat and pressure for a preset period of time. While heat presses are often used to apply designs to fabrics, specially designed presses can also be used to imprint designs on mugs, plates, jigsaw puzzles, hats, and other products. Digital technology in the new machine allows precise control of heat and pressure levels and timing. Flat plate heat printing use flat plates to apply heat and pressure to the substrate.Heat transfer presses involve the process of using heat and pressure to transfer designs from paper to various surfaces such as fabric. The selected image is mirrored and then applied to the desired surface with heat and pressure. Typically, heat transfers are performed on fabric materials such as cotton, polyester or plastic. Initially, it was mainly used for printing novelty items such as polyester tops and T-shirts.
