An exhaust gas recirculation cooler is a core heat-exchange component in an internal combustion engine exhaust gas recirculation system. Typical applications cover gasoline and diesel engines for passenger cars, light, medium, and heavy commercial vehicles, off-highway machinery, marine engines, and generator sets. Major customers include vehicle manufacturers, engine manufacturers, tier-one component suppliers, aftermarket repair channels, and fleet operators. Delivery forms include platform-specific EGR coolers, EGR modules integrating EGR valves, bypass valves, piping, and sensor interfaces, as well as factory-new replacement parts for the aftermarket.

The industrial value of exhaust gas recirculation coolers is built on the combined demand for emissions regulation, engine efficiency, and thermal management. This product is not merely a metallic heat exchanger, but an important functional component of the engine combustion control system.
