Double tube internal heat exchanger is a common heat exchanger design used to transfer heat between fluids. It consists of two pipes (inner and outer) through which fluid exchanges heat. The working principle of a dual tube internal heat exchanger is as follows: fluid 1 enters the inner tube, flows through the entire length of the inner tube, and releases or absorbs heat inside the tube. At the same time, fluid 2 enters the outer tube and flows through the outer side of the inner tube, exchanging heat with fluid 1 inside the inner tube. During the exchange process, heat is transferred from fluid 1 to fluid 2, or from fluid 2 to fluid 1. Fluid 1 and fluid 2 are discharged from the outlets at both ends of the heat exchanger. The design of a dual tube internal heat exchanger has the following characteristics: simple structure: due to only two pipes, the structure is relatively simple and easy to manufacture and maintain. Compact design: The dual tube internal heat exchanger has a compact structure, occupying a small space, and is suitable for scenarios with limited space. Wide application range: Double tube internal heat exchangers are suitable for heat exchange between liquids, gases and liquids, and gases and gases. Small temperature difference: Due to the small contact area between the inner and outer pipes, the temperature difference is relatively small, making it suitable for heat exchange applications with small temperature differences. Double tube internal heat exchangers are widely used in many fields, including industrial heating and cooling systems, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, and heat recovery in chemical processes. It can achieve efficient heat transfer and energy transfer between different fluids, improving energy utilization efficiency.
