A CVD vacuum tube furnace mainly consists of a high-temperature chamber, a quartz tube, a quartz support, a gas path system, a vacuum system, and a temperature control system. The high-temperature chamber is the core component, providing the high-temperature environment; the quartz tube and quartz support are used to support and fix the sample; the gas path system delivers the reaction gases; the vacuum system maintains the vacuum or specific atmosphere within the furnace; and the temperature control system controls the temperature within the furnace.
