Cracking Pyrolysis Furnace is a device used to carry out pyrolysis or pyrolysis reactions. It is usually used in the process of converting organic substances (such as plastics, rubber, etc.) into fuel oil or other chemical products. In pyrolysis or pyrolysis reactions, organic materials are heated to high temperatures and then decomposed in an oxygen-deficient or oxygen-limited environment to produce gas, liquid, and solid products. Cracking Pyrolysis Furnace usually includes heating furnace, reaction chamber, condenser and collection system. The heating furnace provides a high-temperature environment for cracking or pyrolysis reactions of organic substances; the reaction chamber is the actual reaction space, where organic substances are heated and decomposed; the condenser is used to cool and condense the gas in the reaction product, converting it into Liquid products; collection systems are used to collect and process various products produced by pyrolysis or pyrolysis reactions.
