Constant Temperature Incubator is suitable for general bacterial culture and closed cell culture, and is often used for pre-heating of cell culture equipment and reagents.
The heating tube heats the water in the interlayer, and uses the convection of water to form four-sided heating, which effectively guarantees the uniformity of heating. The water jacket can still maintain a good constant temperature when power is cut off. It adopts microcomputer intelligent temperature controller and bimetallic regulator to control the temperature. The electric heating method is adopted, the outer shell is cold sprayed with electrostatic spraying, the inner tank is made of stainless steel, the insulation layer is made of asbestos as the insulation material, and a heating tube is provided at the bottom. The uniformity is relatively poor, and the temperature impact is relatively high. It is mainly composed of cabinet, heater, blower and temperature controller.
