As we all know, laser printer printing needs to go through charging, exposure, transfer, and finally fix the image on the medium. At present, thermal fixing is generally used. The fuser, also known as the heating unit, the printed medium that has been transferred passes through the slit between the upper and lower rollers of the heating unit, and under high temperature and pressure, the developer is melted and penetrated into the paper fiber, which realizes fixing. According to the form of the heater, there are three main types of heating components: ceramic heating, lamp heating, and electromagnetic induction heating. In order to shorten the warm-up time of laser printers under the condition of energy saving, ceramic sheet directional heaters were introduced later. Different from the traditional fixing roller heating method, the upper roller assembly of the ceramic directional heating method uses a thin film (fixing film) with a thickness of less than 0.1mm to replace the original aluminum-based upper roller, and its rotation is also obtained by the friction of the lower roller . advantages such as length.
