All-Iron Redox Flow Battery uses iron salt and water as the electrolyte. A proton pump ensures that the pH of the electrolyte remains stable and free of any hydroxides. The duration of stored energy can vary independently of power. To increase the duration for an all-iron flow battery, all you need to do is add electrolyte to the tank.
