Integrated dehydration and desalination equipment combines desalination and dehydration functions, completing both processes within a single unit through integrated design. It is suitable for complex crude oils with both high water and high salt content, simultaneously removing both water and salt, thus improving equipment efficiency. It is particularly suitable for scenarios involving high water, high salt, and complex crude oils (such as offshore/deep-sea/emulsified oil/heavy oil). It saves space and facilitates modular transportation, making it highly suitable for offshore/FPSO/modular projects. For refineries and export oilfields where both salt and water standards must be met simultaneously, it is the most practical, economical, and efficient solution. It is typically equipped with a composite electric field to provide higher separation efficiency and adaptability. The structure is mostly modular or customized vertical/horizontal, tailored to the project's nature. Typical applications include: offshore/deep-sea/FPSO projects, heavy oil/high-salt/high-water/emulsified oilfields, refinery pretreatment + export oil/gathering and transportation systems, and old oilfield upgrade/retrofit projects.
