Currently the internet has changed the world to global village and totally revolutionized the business world as there is no requirement of the physical transfer of goods and services and the cash for the business transactions as the electronic transaction era have been started. In the modern time in that digitalization of the business transaction is the sign of the success of the business as now the companies and customers can interact through internet and settle their accounts through electronic transactions. Gulf countries also entered this modern era of electronic transactions and make their economic policies to get the benefit of the digitalization of the electronic transactions and for this purpose they issue laws in relevance to the electronic transactions. This comparative report will evaluate the laws and regulations in relevance to the electronic transactions in Kuwait and Qatar and will make comparison among them on the basis of body, agreement, payment, signature and data protection terms.
