I performed internship in directorate general of civil aviation (DGCA) that operates in government sector of Kuwait. It is situated near Kuwait Airport I Al-Dajeej; it has 1388 employees that work in different departments. The main work performed by this industry is management and supervision of services that relate to Airport traffic. Other responsibilities include overseeing and monitoring themaintained of Civil aviation services along with auxiliary services (Meteorology, telecommunication, navigation, safety measures, transport). This organization also deals with repair and maintenance of damaged aircrafts. It operates as a monopoly in Kuwait as it belongs to government sector and it has no competition.
