The main goal of audit is to present true and fair opinion about reliability and honesty of financial reports constructed by management and administration of the company. All types of errors and misrepresentations are highlighted by auditors in the process of auditing. Different countries and companies follow different type of standards for making financial reports.
In this final report, we will assess the independent auditor’s reports of Bank of America and National Bank of Kuwait. The similarities and differences will be demonstrated in detail after critical analysis of both reports. In first section, the information about both banks will be provided.
