Audit Report Analysis for Viva Telecom and Capital One Finance Company
Auditing is defining as the examination of the financial reports and statements of the business organizations so that to inspect the financial creditworthiness of the business and to analyze the truth behind the management reports to the shareholders of the business. It raise the level of the disclosure in the company and the major goal of the auditor’s reports is to represent the true and fair picture of the financial concerns of the business because auditor act as representative of the shareholders and also present the report to the shareholders. The auditor report is a matter of concern and interest for all type of the stakeholders in the company. The purpose of this report is to analyze the auditor’s reports of the Kuwaiti and the American corporations and then to make the comparative analysis through the identification of the similarities and contrasting points among the auditor reports of the selected companies. In the final report the comparative analysis among the auditor’s reports of the two corporations. The current report is divided into different parts and sub-parts. The first part of the report describe the company overview of the selected Kuwaiti and the American corporation and identify their business concerns, financial aspects and the business operations so that to develop the understanding of the selected companies. The second part of the report will identify the detailed description of the report preparation by the Viva Inc and the Capital One Company that will identify the major areas and sections as how the both of the selected companies prepare their audit reports along with the description of their sections and subsections. The next part of the final report describes the similarities among the audit reports of the Viva Inc and Capital One Company and the areas of distinction among the audit reports of the Kuwaiti and the American organizations. Finally the conclusion and the opinion is added that describe the point of view about the creditworthiness and authenticity of the audit reports on comparative basis among the selected companies for analysis purpose.
