Abstracts

Allianz Group of Companies is a company in the North America that deals mainly in European and American zone. The company is founded in Germany and deals in financial services and products such as insurance services. It is the leading insurance service provider in the North America. It established in the America in the 1896 as a financial business corporation and now deals in various types of the financial services especially in the insurance services. The company follows the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for preparing their financial statements and for the audit of the company’s financial reports, documents and statements. The company involve in interim as well as the annual audit for the shareholders and other stakeholders of the company that include both internal and external audit (Allianz USA, 2016). The purpose of this report is to identify the structure in that the company is preparing its audit report and to examine how it is presented by the Allianz Company. This report is mainly divided into three parts as in the first part of the report the information about how the public company prepare its audit report is included, the second part of the report is identifying as how the Allianz Financial Company presented the audit report and the final part of the report include the concluding remarks and the comparison of the company’s audit report with the outline of the public company’s audit report.
