Producing Properties
Cortez Pipeline Mining Complex (Nevada, the U.S.A): Cortez is an open pit mill and heap leach operation located approximately 60 air miles southwest of Elko, Nevada, in Lander County. Cortez includes the Pipeline, South Pipeline, Gap and Crossroads deposits and is operated by subsidiaries of Barrick Gold Corporation (Barrick).
Taparko (Burkina Faso, West Africa): The company owns a 15.0% gross smelter return (GSR) royalty (TB-GSR1) and a sliding-scale GSR royalty (TB-GSR2), ranging from 0% to 10.0% depending on the price of gold, on all gold produced from the Taparko open pit gold mine. The Taparko mine is located in Burkina Faso, West Africa, and is operated by Somita, a subsidiary of High River Gold Mines Ltd.
