McFauld’s Lake property

The McFauld’s Lake project comprises 87 claims covering 1,392 hectares in the McFauld’s Lake area of Ontario’s James Bay Lowlands. The properties are located to the west of the company’s Tamarack claims.

During early 2009, the company acquired 6 mineral claim licenses totaling 46 claim units in the McFauld's Lake area, which became part of the McFauld's West property. The claims were staked and recorded in the company's name and are 100% owned by Probe.

Victory Property

The company owns 452 claim units totaling 7,232 hectares. As of April 30, 2009, the company completed helicopter-borne geophysical surveys over the majority of the Victory property, which was followed by a 9 hole diamond drilling program in 2008 totaling 1,371 meters.

Bristol Township

The Bristol Township Project is located in the prolific gold-producing Timmins mining camp of Northern Ontario. The company has an arm's length agreement to acquire a 100% interest in 3 mineral claims consisting of 27 claim units located in Bristol Township, Porcupine Mining Division in Ontario. It also has an arm's length agreement to acquire a 100% interest in 8 mineral claims consisting of 25 claim units located in Bristol Township and 1 mineral claim consisting of 8 claim units located in Godfrey Township, in the Porcupine Mining Division in Ontario. The company can earn this 100% interest in the 9 mineral claims.

The company has a joint-venture agreement with West Timmins Mining Inc. with respect to its right to the Bristol Township gold property. Under the agreement, West Timmins may earn an initial 55% interest in the company’s Bristol Project.

In May 2009, a Joint Venture agreement was signed between the company and Noront Resources Ltd. (Noront), comprising 87 claim units located in the Ring of Fire area of McFauld's Lake, Northern Ontario.

The West Timmins Project, which is under option to West Timmins Mining, consists of 52 claims.

The Goldex Mine Royalty

The company maintains a 5% net smelter royalty (NSR) on 10 unpatented mining claims in Dubuisson Township, located approximately 5 kilometers from Val d’Or, Quebec.
