Otish Energy, Inc., a mineral resource company, engages in acquisition, exploration, and development of precious metals and uranium.

Tonka and Euro Uranium Properties, Otish Basin, Quebec, Canada:

The company has a 100% interest in 38 mineral claims located in the Otish Basin of Quebec. In November 2007, it acquired Hinterland Metals Inc.’s 50% interest in the Tonka and Euro properties. The Euro property consists of 112 claims. The Tonka property consists of 81 claims, including the original 38 claim block from the remaining Otish project; and 40 additional claim block.

Gateau ‘A’, Gateau ‘B’, Gateau ‘C’, Gateau ‘D’ Properties, Otish Basin, Quebec, Canada

The company owns 334 mineral claims which consist of approximately 17,872 hectares in the Otish basin of Quebec. The Gateau A and B properties comprise one claim each and are located inside the Ditem property at the approximate western margin of unconformity in the main Otish sedimentary basin. The Gateau C property is located at the approximate southern margin of unconformity in the main Otish sedimentary basin. The Gateau D property is located near the centre of the Otish sedimentary basin. Gateau property was modified and consists of 279 claims.

South and Matoush-North Uranium Properties

The company has an agreement whereby it acquired 100% interest in the Eastmain South and Matoush-North uranium properties (consisting of 315 mineral claims) located in the Otish basin of Quebec. The Eastmain South property comprises 256 claim blocks (approximately 13,500 hectares).

The Matoush-North property comprises the original 59 claim blocks (approximately 3,100 hectares). The company has a 100% interest in the SB1, SB2, and SB3 properties comprising 82 claims for an additional 43 square kilometres. The Matoush-North property consists of 299 claims.

Beaver Lake North Property

The company owns the 25 claim SB3 block.

Ridgestake 1-6 Uranium Properties-Otish Basin

The company has a 100% interest in the Ridgestake Properties 1-6 (consisting of 231 mineral claims) located in the Otish basin of Quebec. The 231-claim Ridgestake properties lie in the southwestern portion of the Otish basin.

Pacific Bay Option

In 2008, the company entered into an option and joint venture agreement with Pacific Bay Minerals to earn a 60% interest in Pacific Bay Mineral’s Otish South Property consisting of 63 claims, comprising approximately 33 square kilometres in the Otish Mountains uranium district.

NMC and Zeox Potash Joint Venture, Saskatchewan

The company has an agreement with Nanostructured Mineral Corporation (NMC) and Zeox Corporation (Zeox), whereby it, NMC and Zeox would form a collaborative development joint venture to acquire mineral rights that are prospective for Potash in the province of Saskatchewan.
