Properties

MEXICO

Consejo: The company has an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Consejo Property located in the state of Durango, Mexico. The property covers 400 hectares.

El Carmen: The company has an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the El Carmen property located adjacent and east of the San Agustin property in the state of Durango, Mexico.

La Casita: The company has an option agreement to earn 60% interest in Los Arados claim group, located in central Durango State, Mexico.

NEVADA

Silver Cloud: The company holds a 67% interest in the Silver Cloud Property in Elko County, Nevada.

RO / Royston: The company holds a 100% interest are the RO claims in Humbolt County, Nevada. Geologix (US) Inc. and Montezuma Mines Inc. (Montezuma), a wholly owned subsidiary of CMQ Resources Ltd. entered into an option agreement to acquire 55% of the RO Claims in Humboldt County, Nevada.

PERU

Newmont Alliance: The company has entered into a joint venture operating agreement with Newmont Peru S.R.L., a subsidiary of Newmont Mining Corporation, to explore the Huancavelica District in Central Peru. These project areas are Liscay, La Joya, Mirko, Lachoc and Lagartija.

Cayhua: The company holds a 100% interest in Cayhua located in Huancavelica District of Central Peru.

Toro Blanco /San Felipe/Sura: The company holds a 100% interest in Toro Blanco, San Felipe and Sura.

Strategic Alliances

In November 2009, Geologix Explorations Inc. announced it has entered into an agreement with Arian Silver Corp. ('Arian') whereby Geologix has been granted the exclusive rights to purchase Arian's 100% interest in the Tepal Gold-Copper Project in the state of Michoacan, Mexico.

In January 2010, the company has acquired Newmont's interests in five Peruvian properties formerly held under joint venture with Newmont Peru S.R.L. Geologix is 100% owner of the properties subject to a 2% NSR royalty on precious metals and 1% NSR Royalty on all other minerals payable to Newmont. In Peru, Geologix has nine 100% owned mineral properties. The five properties subject to the Newmont royalty are the La Joya, Liscay, Lagaritia, Mirko, and Lachoc properties.
