The company’s properties include Lavoie, St-Stephen, Jolin, Jérémie, and Epsilon.

Lavoie

The Lavoie property is located in the Otish Mountains region of Quebec, approximately 340 km northeast of the mining town of Chibougamau. The property comprises 15 claims covering 780 hectares. The company signed a Letter of Intent with AREVA RESOURCES Canada and SOQUEM Inc. which allows it to acquire 50% interest in the Lavoie uranium property from AREVA and SOQUEM. The Lavoie property hosts the ‘L’ deposit.

St-Stephen

The St-Stephen property consists of 129 claims covering approximately 5,160 hectares located in the southwest corner of New Brunswick. The company signed an option agreement with Continental Nickel Limited (Continental) of Toronto, Ontario whereby Continental would acquire up to 75% interest in the company’s 100% owned St-Stephen property. The property hosts various zones of magmatic Ni-Cu-Co mineralization.

Jolin

The company holds 100 % of the Jolin gold property located in the Abitibi region of Quebec, which consists of 57 claims. The Jolin property hosts the Jolin gold deposit.

Jérémie

The company owns 100% interest in the Jeremie property, which consists of 2 separate claim blocks totalling 114 cell-claims in Jeremie, Caumont, and La Martinière Townships, west of Matagami, Quebec.

Epsilon

The company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Epsilon uranium property located in the Otish Monts region of Quebec. The property comprises 102 claims covering 5,352 hectares.

Lac Barry

The Barry Lake property is located 275 km by road northeast of Val d’Or and 125 km east of Lebel-sur-Quévillon in Abitibi, Quebec. The property comprises 22 ground-staked claims that the company wholly owns. The Barry Lake project consists of various gold bearing quartz veins.

Kanjiq

The Kanjiq property consists of 5 claim blocks totalling 1,743 claims covering 788 km2 in Quebec’s Ungava region. The property was optioned from Azimut Exploration and is adjacent to Azimut’s Daniel and North Rae properties where various uranium occurrences have been discovered.

South Bienville

The South Bienville property consists of 10 claim blocks totalling 1,929 claims and a surface area of 935 km2.

Central Minto

The Central Minto property consists of 1,146 claims and a surface area of 535 km2.
