Transformers & Rectifiers (India) Limited (TRIL) is a manufacturer of wide range of transformers. The company manufactures world class Power, Distribution, Furnace and Specialty Transformers. TRIL manufactures power transformers upto 1000MVA - 745 kV class; distribution transformers of capacity 500kVA and above; rectifier transformers upto 160 KA DC and furnace transformers of capacity upto 63MVA. The manufacturing facility of the company is situated in Moraiya, an industrial are near Ahmedabad (India). The company has an integrated installed capacity of 23200 MVA upto 765kVA class. TRIL exports its products to various countries inducing UK, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bangladesh, Nepal etc.
The company has two subsidiaries. They are (i) Transweld Mechanical Engineering Works Limited (wholly owned subsidiary) and (ii)Transpare Limited (51% holding).
The order book of the company at the end of the third quarter stood at Rs. 4.33bn, which is 10% higher in comparison with that at the end of the second quarter. We expect healthy order inflow in the coming quarters also.
