Sinwa KS Limited (the company) was incorporated as a private limited company under the name of Sinwa KS Pte Ltd. in 2003. The principal activities of the company are those of an investment holding company. The company is a subsidiary of Evenstar Investments Pte Ltd, incorporated in Singapore, which is also the company’s ultimate holding company. The Company is a regional marine supply and logistics company servicing the oil and gas industry and sea-going vessels in Singapore, United Arab Emirates (UAE), the PRC and Timor Leste. Since 1999, the company made inroads in the UAE, servicing ship owners, ship management companies and oil-rig operators in 7 ports, Dubai, Fujairah, Jebal Ali, Port Rashid, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Khorfakhan.

In the PRC, the company operates through appointed marine supply and logistics companies in Dalian, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The Company’s subsidiaries include Sinwa Ship Supply Private Limited, KS Seafirst Marine Services Pte Ltd. Subsidiaries of Sinwa Ship Supply Private Limited consist of Sinwa (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Sinwa Marine Pte Ltd. Subsidiary of Sinwa (Singapore) Pte Ltd consists of Sinwa Middle East (L.L.C).

Operations

Marine Supply and Logistics

The Company supplies a range of ships’ stores and equipment to ships, oil rigs and their crew in the course of their operations. The Company has the ability to procure a range of approximately 30,000 product items listed in marine industry catalogues. These items include deck, engine and electrical stores, safety equipment, general consumables and tools, provisions and duty-free stores (namely liquor and tobacco products).

General Ship Agency

The Company assists ship owners, ship management companies and oil rig operators in handling and coordinating all administrative and procedural requirements in relation to the vessels. These services include port and customs clearance, immigration, safety documentation, renewal of certificates, arranging for crew change, accommodation and even medical treatment for the crew.

Project Management

The Company carries out thermal insulation where the company supplies, fabricate and install thermal insulation on board sea-going vessels.

CONSULTANTCY

The company’s services include:

Marine Supply Management: The company offers management consultancy and training services to marine supply and logistics companies outside Singapore.

Contract Labour: The company recruits, trains and provides contract workers for the oil and gas industry.

Fabrication and Engineering Works: The company supplies manpower and materials for various repairs and engineering works on board sea-going vessels and oil rigs. The company also helps ship owners and ship management companies to manage projects such as deck repairs and other engineering works.
