Aerospace Segment

The company’s aerospace segment provides engineered solutions for bleed air duct systems, precision sheet metal fabrications, bellows, metal hose assemblies, engine structures and mountings, fluid control systems, metallic high-pressure ducting, composite low-pressure ducting and other pressure carrying components that are found in military and commercial aircraft, and piston and jet engines.

The company manufactures flexible and rigid stainless steel, titanium and composite ducting, edge-welded bellows, hot engine components, rings, flanges and cryogenic valves. The products are used for fluid transfer applications within aircraft and rocket engines, aircraft wings and interiors.

Senior Aerospace provides support from the conceptual design stage through all phases of development, testing, qualification, manufacturing, installation and aircraft certification. Senior Aerospace provides engineered solutions for Integrated Systems. Its engineered solutions include air management systems, airframes and nacelles, hydraulic and fuel systems, aircraft interiors, and waste and water systems.

Automotive Segment

Senior’s automotive segment’s products include engine components, exhaust connectors, pipework, diesel fuel systems, air conditioning/turbo charger pipework and chassis components. It manufactures thin-walled flexible, stainless steel exhaust connectors, decouplers, exhaust gas recirculating tubes and air inductor reactor (AIR) tubes, generally for exhaust applications in passenger cars SUV''s and light trucks. These products, all for diesel engine applications, include fuel lines, common rails and exhaust gas recycling coolers. The products help vehicle manufacturers to meet exhaust emission regulations. The company’s main automotive markets are the USA and Europe.

Industrial Segment

The company’s industrial division manufactures metallic and fabric expansion joints, precision bellows, hose, cryogenic distribution systems, metallic hoses, composite hoses, ventilation ducting and other fluid connectors. The products, manufactured in stainless steel and composite materials provide protection against the effects of thermal expansion, vibration and corrosion.
