Automodular Corporation (Automodular or the Company) is a sequencer and sub-assembler of modules that are installed in cars and trucks assembled by General Motors at plants in Canada and the United States. As of December 31, 2003, the company had 8 facilities servicing 7 General Motors assembly plants. The Company operates more than 1.5 million square feet of plant space and provided sequencing and sub-assembly services for 1.8 million vehicles in 2003.

Tec-Mar Distribution Services Inc. (Tec-Mar)

On January 31, 2003, the company acquired Tec-Mar Distribution Services, Inc. (Tec-Mar) located in Michigan. Tec-Mar is a supplier of sequencing and sub-assembly services to automotive assembly plants. Its “AGB Superkit” line operates such that empty skids roll off trailers, follow through six turns of 90 degrees, are loaded with assembled components, and then sent back into the trailers—in effect, a continuous sequencing operation. Tec-Mar currently has five plants in operation, such as Van Buren, Tec-Mar Pontiac, Tec-Mar Lansing II, Tec-Mar Lansing III and Tec-Mar Lansing IV.

Automodular Assemblies Inc. (AAI)

Automodular Assemblies is an in-line sequencer of automotive parts that services the Oshawa operations of General Motors, and operates from three locations in Ontario.

Automodular Assemblies (DE) Inc. (AAIDE)

Automodular Assemblies (DE) is a plant in New Castle, Delaware, USA that assembles cockpits, engine dress, independent rear suspensions, front struts and B pillars, and also sequences eight other components for the Saturn LS/LW.
