The company also engages in real estate development programs; the operation of a resort in Halkidiki; the production of white, rose, and red wine; the production and marketing of agricultural and animal products; and the production and management of electrical power from the exploitation of wind power. In addition, it produces and sells ready-mix concrete; and operates a network of tourist marinas. The company was formerly known as Pelops S.A. and changed its name to Technical Olympic S.A. in 1980. Technical Olympic S.A. was founded in 1965 and is headquartered in Athens, Greece.
