A Deep-pleat High Efficiency Filter is a box-type high-efficiency air filter designed for clean air control and critical contamination control. It is typically composed of micro-glass fiber filter media, corrugated aluminum foil or paper separators, a metal or wooden frame, polyurethane sealant, gaskets, and protective screens. The filter media is folded into deep pleats, and separators are inserted between adjacent pleats to maintain uniform air passages, support the media pack, and increase the effective filtration area. The product captures fine dust, smoke, aerosols, microorganism carriers, and suspended airborne particles. Its filtration mechanism combines inertial impaction, interception, diffusion, and electrostatic effects within a tortuous fiber network rather than simple mechanical sieving. Because of its deep media pack and separator structure, it provides high airflow capacity, high dust-holding capacity, long service life, and strong mechanical stability. When aluminum separators and high-temperature sealants are used, it can also be applied in ovens, sterilization tunnels, coating lines, and high-temperature clean air equipment.

Downstream demand will show a structural pattern of stable replacement demand, growth in special applications, and substitution in standard applications.
