The upstream of electronic grade cyclohexanone mainly includes industrial grade cyclohexanone feedstock, high-purity distillation and filtration materials, clean packaging containers, and quality testing systems. Industrial grade cyclohexanone is generally produced through cyclohexane oxidation or cyclohexanol dehydrogenation, and is further purified and clean-treated by electronic chemical manufacturers to form electronic grade products. Its downstream applications mainly include photoresist solvent, cleaning and stripping solvent, electronic material solvent, and formulation solvent, serving semiconductor, display panel, photoresist, polyimide, and other electronic material manufacturing processes.
