The strategic goal of the company is to set up a group of regional breweries. Within five years, the group of five or six companies built around Browar Ciechan intends to be the fifth biggest player in sales of beer. The new group of companies will have a very well horizontally extended portfolio, including 36 brands. A new entity is expected to generate revenues of PLN100 million, and net profit of PLN20 million. The company plans also to extend the portfolio with produced in-house whisky.
