The upstream segment of the industry chain encompasses high-strength steel, steel drums, vibrating shafts and eccentric blocks, hydraulic pumps and valves, reducers, tires, power battery cells, battery packs, BMS, electric motors, inverters, VCUs, high-voltage wiring harnesses, relays, charging interfaces, thermal management components, cabs, displays, sensors, communication modules, and compaction monitoring systems. The midstream segment involves the manufacturing of complete road rollers; core processes include frame and steel drum fabrication, battery pack integration, matching of electric drive propulsion and vibration systems, high-voltage safety design, vehicle-wide thermal management, energy recovery control, vibration parameter calibration, charging compatibility testing, durability testing, and the establishment of after-sales diagnostic systems. The downstream segment consists of general road construction contractors, local municipal departments, equipment rental companies, asphalt paving firms, airport and port operators, industrial parks, real estate developers, and large-scale infrastructure contractors. Gross profit margins range from approximately 20% to 35%.
