The core challenge is to maintain the close combination of the solid electrolyte and the electrode material after the solvent evaporates, while avoiding interface defects. The wet process is compatible with the transformation of existing liquid battery production lines, but due to the high viscosity of solid materials and solvent residue problems, it has higher requirements for coating uniformity, drying efficiency and equipment corrosion resistance.
