Battery Electrode Calender Roll is a high-precision working roll used in electrode calendering equipment for lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries, solid-state batteries and other rechargeable batteries. It is mainly installed in electrode roll presses, roll-slitting integrated machines, dry electrode calendering systems and laboratory roll pressing equipment, and is used for compacting coated and dried cathode and anode sheets, controlling electrode thickness, improving compaction density and adjusting surface uniformity. The product is typically manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, forged steel, bearing steel, specialty steel billets and roll shaft materials, and is processed through hard chrome plating, electroplating, tungsten carbide coating, thermal spraying, precision grinding, mirror polishing, heat treatment and dynamic balancing. Upstream raw materials and components mainly include alloy steel forgings, precision bearings, sealing parts, temperature-control oil circuit components, hard chrome and tungsten carbide coating materials, grinding wheels and surface treatment consumables. Downstream customers mainly include EV battery manufacturers, energy storage battery producers, consumer battery manufacturers, solid-state battery and dry electrode process developers, as well as OEMs of lithium battery roll presses, coating-calendering integrated machines and roll-slitting integrated machines.
